What's your return policy?
Clothing can be exchanged or returned for store credit if sent back by mail within 10 days of receiving. Discounted items of 20% or more are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for store credit.
All returns must be unworn with original tags attached and/or in original packaging with receipt in order to exchange or receive store credit.
If you need to return an item, please email us at hello@collinsthelabel.com. We will provide you with detailed return instructions. We'll get in touch with you via email when we've processed the returned item.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All Collins packages are shipped via UPS shipping. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
What's my size? What if I'm in between sizes?
We size our garments using the standard US sizing system. All of our garments are true to size. If you require additional assistance selecting a size, please get in touch with us here.
Do you ship internationally?
We are not offering international shipping at this time.
